teknark.com Privacy Policy

  • Current · v1

Effective 2026-10-25 · Revision history

This policy applies to the website teknark.com and to inquiries sent to the operator's email address (mail@teknark.com). The website is operated by Idrane (sole proprietor: SUNGEUN KANG, the "operator"). Each app's own privacy policy (for example, teknark.com/en/apps/dooey/privacy) governs processing in that app.

1. Information we process and why

Visiting the website. This website serves static pages only. It has no accounts, contact form, advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, external fonts, or external scripts. To deliver pages and protect the service from attacks, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information (User-Agent), and referring page (Referer). The operator does not build a separate visitor database from this information.

Email inquiries. If you email mail@teknark.com, we use your email address, sender name, message, and attachments to answer you, handle privacy requests, and handle security reports. Sending an email is optional.

2. Retention and deletion

  • Connection information: the operator does not store it separately. Records kept by Cloudflare follow Cloudflare's operational and security policies.
  • Email inquiries: deleted from the mailbox and trash within one year after they are resolved. Records that the law requires us to keep are stored separately, limited to what is necessary, for the required period, then deleted.
  • Method: electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered. We do not print inquiries.

3. Service providers and international transfer

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We use the following providers to run the website and email. They may process information outside Korea.

Recipient Country Information When and how Purpose Retention
Cloudflare, Inc. United States (processing location may vary per request) Connection information When you visit, over the network Website hosting and security Per Cloudflare's policy
Apple Inc. (iCloud Mail) United States Email inquiries When you send an email, over the network Receiving and storing email Deleted within one year after resolution

You can avoid these transfers by not emailing us or not visiting the website; features inside our apps are not affected. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy for processing locations and retention.

4. Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of the information we hold about you by emailing mail@teknark.com. We verify your request by receiving a reply from the email address that made it, and handle it within the period required by law. If a legal retention obligation or another lawful reason prevents us from fully complying, we will explain why. A legal guardian or an authorized representative may also make a request.

5. Safeguards

All pages are served over HTTPS only, with no external scripts or tracking tools. Only the operator can access inquiry email. Inquiries that are no longer needed are deleted according to the periods above.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The operator does not set cookies or use local storage or advertising identifiers on this website. Cloudflare's security features may set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated attacks; it is not used for tracking or advertising.

7. Children under 14

This website is not directed at children. If we ever need to process personal information of a child under 14, we will first confirm consent from a legal guardian.

8. Privacy officer

  • Privacy officer: SUNGEUN KANG
  • Operator: Idrane (sole proprietor: SUNGEUN KANG)
  • Email: mail@teknark.com

9. Complaints

In Korea, privacy complaints may be directed to the Korea Privacy Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972). You may also contact your local data protection authority where applicable.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, we publish a new version on this page with its effective date. A version that is not yet in effect is shown in advance as "Upcoming", and earlier versions remain available in the revision history.
